Phase 01

The Infrastructure

Upon territory reservation, our deployment team provisions your dedicated local digital asset stack—search-optimized landing architecture, tracked telephony numbers, and direct routing rules calibrated to your trade category. Technical onboarding includes failover line mapping, whisper scripts for dispatch identification, and dashboard credentials for your operations lead.

Infrastructure remains Creoleads property; you receive exclusive routing rights within defined postal codes and service verticals. No competitor in your category may be onboarded in the same territory for the duration of the partnership agreement.

Phase 02

The Audition

A seven-calendar-day live evaluation period. Real consumer calls route to your primary and failover lines at zero upfront platform fees. Your team experiences actual buyer intent, average ticket values, and dispatch load—data required to model ROI before subscription activation.

During the audition, Creoleads monitors answer rates, average speed to answer, and missed-call recovery. Partners who demonstrate operational readiness advance to territory lock; those who cannot service volume may release the territory without penalty.

Phase 03

The Lock

Successful audition triggers territory lock: your subscription activates, competitor onboarding in your category and geography is permanently blocked, and all inbound demand from our local asset network routes exclusively to your operation.

The lock is the binding exclusivity event. Creoleads ceases prospecting other operators in your vertical for that territory. You commit to service-level standards—answer thresholds, callback windows, and capacity to absorb campaign-driven volume spikes.
